Volunteers enrich our programs and therapeutic recreational activities

Programs and therapeutic recreational activities at the Jewish Home are enriched with the participation of volunteers. Each volunteer is special and offers something unique in the way he/she shares themselves with our residents. Members of the community can volunteer their help in areas such as:

  • Educational Lectures
  • Family Game Nights
  • Mitzvah Projects
  • Shabbatons
  • Company for Lunch and Dinner
  • Religious Programs

We tried hiring a health aide directly and ended up having to provide last-minute backup and support. The 24-hour on-call and nursing support makes an incredible difference.
