Second Century: Capital Campaign fund
The Jewish Home Family’s $30MM Second Century Campaign was launched in late 2016 to fund a transformational project that will meet the growing demand of care and services for elders in our community both today and in the years to come.
The project began with the development of a 19,000 sq. ft. Center for Rehabilitation Excellence that offers state-of-the-art treatment and care, 60 private sub-acute patient rooms, house a new Aquatic Therapy Center and truly distinguishes the Jewish Home Family as the premier provider of rehabilitation services.
Next we completely renovated and transformed the model of care in the current long-term care units. The small household model has enhanced quality of life and experience and continues our tradition of providing the finest services to our elders.
As we put the finishing touches on this renovation, we encourage you to help us complete the campaign. We are $750,000 from our $30MM goal. Donations of any amount are encouraged, with named giving opportunities available for gifts starting at $25,000.
Together we will transform the lives of our elders – for our community, for our loved ones and for ourselves.
Contributions may be made through the Jewish Home Foundation, which is a not-for-profit, 501(c)(3) organization. Contributions made to the Foundation are tax-deductible as permitted by law.
